Needless to say as a Ft Lauderdale Realtor I get to into many homes, sometimes vacant, and I have gained a whole new respect for the now historic mechanical controls of appliances. I have seen too many (I won’t mention the brand) but let it be known I have them as well, appliances that look new are less than 10 years old with flashing panels, burned out clocks and my favorites the beepers and the ones that won’t go off unless you pull the plug. Tonight at home I have a five year old double oven that keeps coming back on, thankful for circuit breakers. One last note my mothers stove with dials lasted 30 years at least that’s when we moved on.
