Proforma Safety To Provide HSE Services for the Mountaineer Project

HOUSTON, TX — Sept. 9, 2008— Proforma is proud to announce that we have been awarded a major purchase order from Battelle to oversee drilling operations being conducted for the Mountaineer Project. This is part of a CO2 sequestration project to aid in reducing greenhouse gasses. During this phase a total of three wells will be drilled, which consist of two injection wells and one test well.
Our scope is to provide health, safety and environmental oversight for the duration of the project. Currently we have two personnel providing 24 hour coverage. The project is expected to end in February of 2009. This is the first of what we hope to be a lasting relationship with Battelle for future projects.
