HOUSTON, TX — May 1, 2007 — Proforma Safety International LLC announced today that a client’s project for which it provides safety representation has achieved a safety milestone.

BP operations at the C-Port facility in Port Fourchon, Louisiana reached 220,000 man hours worked with no loss time accidents and a 0.0 TRIR. Proforma Safety International has overseen safety for this storage and repair facility for BP since its inception in 2004.

Proforma Safety President Mike Arnold attributes its contribution to the leadership of Scott Arnold, Proforma Safety VP of Operations, and the diligence of Proforma’s S.W.A.T. (Safe Work Awareness Team). “It was through the direct involvement of Scott and our on-site HSE representatives that we could help BP achieve this milestone.”

The 1,011,764 square foot facility operated by Serimax has handled some 56,000 tons of sub-sea equipment for the Thunder Horse Project since its opening. There have been 1551 JSA’s (Job Safety Analysis) performed, 645 STOP cards written and 401 safety meetings held during this time.

BP recognized this milestone by hosting a crawfish boil for the Serimax employees and sub-contracts (FMC, OSS, SAS, Gulf South, J.A.D., Global and Clean Tank) on April 18.

Scott Arnold has served as HSE Lead for seven years, leading Proforma’s support to BP’s Thunder Horse Project Subsea Team.

The Thunder Horse development is located some 150 km (90 miles) southeast of New Orleans in the Gulf of Mexico and is operated by BP, which holds 75% ownership; ExxonMobil holding the remaining 25%.
